I won't trade any Knick youth for an injury prone player. Hold out for KG, JO, or wait it out and let them get better.

here's the thing: Curry and Frye don't compliment each other that well (so far). Both suck at defense and rebounding, and when you mix it with a backcourt that can't keep their man in front of them, it's a sure sign of disaster.

Booz can rebound like a maniac. He can hit the outside shot, which would give someone like Curry room to operate. The perfect compliment to Curry would be a shotblocking, rebounding nut who could hit the occasional faceup basket. This nut would also be in charge of directing team D.

martin, would u trade Frye for Gerald Wallace?

I don't know GWallace very well but he is a SF, rigth? Knicks just signed JJ to that same position so I would be hesitant, and we do have Q, so it would be doubly redundant. The Knicks need a stud rebounding, defending PF next to Curry (who ain't goin' nowhere).

Probabably not.

Wallace can play SG as well, but yeah, he's mostly a swingman & we have enough of those...

what about Frye for Josh Smith? he's a tweener too, but he can easily play the PF position & guard just about any of the athletic 4's in the game today... plus he's a stud shotblocker.

I'd try to get them to throw in a first round pick.

I'd do Frye for a package including Josh Smith-possibly. Gerlad Wallace is a walking injury. I wouldn't trade Frye for him.

I'd rather have a vasectomy then trade for Boozer.

check this out:

C - Curry / Cato
PF - Lee / Malik
SF - Smith / Jefferies / Balkman
SG - Q Rich / Crawford
PG - Marbury / Francis / Nate
IA - Collins / Big Brown Sh*t Stain

that is a legitimate playoff contender imho.
