Have to put Houston ahead of Spree, despite Houston's poor defense. Spree was overrated on defense, as it was. Spree was more well-rounded, but Houston was better and Spree is classless, as Allanfan said.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

Spree was a better player than Houston. I liked Allan, a lot, but come on.

Houston should have played a Cazzie Russell type of role.

Spree should not be on that list. What did he have 3 good years as a Knick? Ray Williams and Sugar Ray over Spree in my book.
I LOVED how Curry just exploded in the 4th, speaking as a fan of the Raptors, Curry looked well, scary I think is the word. Or Shaq-like Curry: 19.1ppg-7.3rpg-58%fg

her is my all time list and the reason why:

pg- "the pearl"- he had a certain chemistry with frazier that was electric. they know how to run that backcourt like a machine. it was before my time but i saw archive footage and that was just a glimpe on what they could do.

sg- walt frazier- probably the most charasmatic of the bunch. his leadership qualities are unparralelled and he has infinite knowledge of the game to make great court decisions

sf- bernard king- the only no brainer. he was jordan before there was a jordan in the nba. unstoppable scoring force. he took over games like no other before him. too bad his injury greatly hindered his ability.

pf- dave debusherre- a good player who plays to his strength. another one before my time but what i saw and read he was a true team player. we need that in a starting lineup like this.

c- patrick ewing- a great center in the era of great centers, patrick ewing did it all. his only knock is his leadership qualities which we do not need with frazier and king.

bench: starks ( instant offense and enrgy), houston ( three point threat), mark jackson ( one of the best pure point guards i have ever seen), willis reed ( tenacious rebounder and defender), oakley ( see reed as well as intimidation), camby ( athletic pf/c), bill bradley ( a do it all sf).
