Asked if Isiah would give him that freedom, Steph answered, “Definitely.” Marbury added, “You don’t have somebody who couldn’t handle the ball telling you ‘Don’t do this, don’t do that.’” Think that was a shot at Larry Brown? Say what you will about his antics, but the guy played at UNC and then became the ABA's all-time assists leader.

Persoanlly, I'm getting pretty tired of the media trying to create controversy, when it comes to 'leader' vs. everyone else. Let's not post this crap here and start buying into it again. This is exactly how the whole thing between 'leader' and Brown started last year, when the Post decided to divide the Knicks. Let's cut this stuff out!!!
I'll never trust this' team again.
