what does Big Ben have to do with the way Larry Brown behaved in NY? this is old news anyway. ben liked brown, billups liked brown, but sheed, billups, hamilton, prince and mcdyess all praised the new offense and the new freedom and were saying how great things were when they had the best record in the league.

the Bulls aren't winning any title unless they make substantial changes, big ben is old.

Maybe, but LeBron gave them a hell of a run for their money in the playoffs last year and then they got embarrassed by Miami in the ECFs. When LB was there, everything was controlled, but the defense couldn't be penetrated. And now that Flip was there, it was clear to me that defense was not nearly as emphasized. Just b/c you have the best record in the league doesn't make you the best team as Miami showed once again.

eh. Bron and Wade became LEGIT superstars last year, it's only natural. the difference between Detroit in the 05 playoffs and 06 playoffs is that Wade didn't go down in game 7 with an injury this time. and in 04 the Pistons waltzed past a bunch of completely injured teams. Kidd and Kmart went down with knee injuries and that series still went 7 games, Pacers were winning that series until Artest's meltdown. sometimes its great coaching and playing and sometimes you get a little lucky...

I agree with most of what you're saying but my point is that the Pistons of the championship run are much better than last years, and Larry Brown certainly helped. He did not hurt the Pistons players besides him actually leaving.

To start improving you need to understand how much you suck first.
man thats good... our "stars" have ZERO idea why they dont win NBA games.

Well, to his credit, at least Francis SAID he knows he can't just be all about highlites and scoring and dunks so hopefully he's starting to get the right idea. Lets see how he does it on the court though.

I still don't trust him though, after hearing these stories of him always coming to practice drunk and insane and all.

I read just the other day that Ben Wallce and Brown had problems and Wallce didn't like him either.

Ben Wallace strikes me as kind of a surly guy.

Good luck Mike D'Antoni, 'cause you ain't never seen nothing like this before!
