Francis, show me that you're commited to doing all this, on the court, and you're alright in my book. Tell Stephon that too.

Crawford and Q playing well together? Allanfan20 saying they need to start together for months? I'll take my poster of the year award at the UK get together with a standing ovation please.

Allanfan - do you think Francis has demonstrated the willingness to sacrifice his ego for the good of the team?

Knicks are 5-9 while Francis is averaging under 12/4/4 (all career lows) and shooting < 42%

Why bring this up?

He is outplaying Marbury, and just had very good game. He is definitely not jacking up shots. He has been passing the ball decently, especially for a SG. Not like he is the second coming or anything, but at least he is not a total negative like Marbury is right now.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

Not if they are put into a similar position. I'm pretty sure if we start Craw or Nate in Marbury spot in the system, they'll look pretty bad. Francis on the other hand might be able to do well. It seems like IT's offense is just as demanding of the PG to share the ball as Brown's. I dunno what he was thinking getting all these guards who dominate the ball if that is his vision.

I don't think it's necessarily the offense, but Marbury's understanding of it. I think he's playing really self-consciously right now and trying not to dominate the ball too much. He's also used to getting most of his points and assists off pick and rolls and this offense doesn't use them at all. I think Isiah should install a few at the beginning of the first quarter to get Marbury going a little.

because building a team is based on more than numbers on a stst sheet

it has much to do with players being willing to sacrifice stats for the good of the team

He did put on a little weight but is still very lanky, I saw him in vegas waiting on the cab line

i thought Channing was much more fluid & mobile on the floor when he was lighter last season... the added weight has seemed to really slow down his game by a noticeable margin... he should lose the weight & go back to his rookie season playing weight
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.
