Trading KVH got us TT and Nazr, which in turn helped us get Curry and Lee... can't complain there.

If Francis turns out to be incompatible with Steph as many legitimately fear, then the Francis trade is easily Isiah's worst. The trade for Mo was also a dud, but not as spectacular as someone would like to make out. In effect, we lost a 2nd rounder for nothing. Obviously a bad trade-off, but not quite catastrophic.

This is how I view it. I liked Nazr and was sad to see him go, but ultimately Nazr became Curry and I am not mad at that. If Nazr stayed, Chi would have wanted Sweets and Nazr for Curry, so he would have gone for Curry in some shape or form. The difference is of course we would have had our #2 pick last season and no swap this season. So yes, ultimately, the Nazr trade was bad. It would have been great to have Curry and the #2 pick whoever we may have picked. that would have been sweet sweet sweet.

Actually, trading John Starks, Chris Mills and Terry Cummings for Sprewell, who was then traded for KVH, who was then traded TT & Nazr, helped get us Curry and Lee.

How can it not be the Starbury trade?!? It added about $180MM in payroll for Starbury and Penny and it cost us 2 potential Lottery picks. Meanwhile Starbury just keeps on being the cancerous coach killer that he's always been. And he has 3 more years at an untradeable $20MM per.

Yep.
