and MoT is contributing more than sweetney and kurt thomas combined.

Are you joking???

Mo T is pretty comparable to Sweetney thus far, but Kurt was better than Mo T. I'll give you that part.

What's sad is Mo T was among Isiah's best trades so far, LOLOLOLOLOL.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

"Kings coach Eric Musselman expects to use Taylor as a backup center behind Brad Miller."
That can't be smart...
Maybe that's for when they play Nellie's Warriors with Troy Murphy impersonating a center.

Actually I'm displeased with waiving MoT.
1) he was in a contract year, going for (probably) his last good contract. I expected he'd play hard
2) With the depth/redundancy we have, Mo would know that if he goes into black hole mode then he'd get benched
3) I thought Mo was very effective the first half of last year, taking charges, scoring in bunches some games, playing hurt, etc. I thought he was our x-factor, and certainly preferred him in the line-up rather than Malik Rose. That is, until LB jerked him around and Mo got fed up.
4) We don't have much depth with our bigs. I didn't expect anything from Jerome, and now he's crippled already this season. Malik continues to shrink, as he becomes more floorbound and the younger players are bigger. David Lee is a fave of mine, but still green, though with great energy and effort.
Can we really expect 30+ minutes from Curry and Frye?

I miss MoT already.

MoT has the talent to help us. but with him how many more games do we win? Negligible. It doesn't really hurt or help us. It's just time for us to move on and create some playing time for the young guys. It just made sense. I guess using his contract as an asset makes sense. But we haven't shown that we can do a good job with this in the past. So I think it's just good to move on. I wish him luck, he just didn't fit here.
I just hope that people will like me

Month Taylor is instant offense in the post. Is like armon giliam or wayman tysdale, or that old guy that backed up Karl Malone when they met Jordan in the finals(can't think of his name). Which means he has no role here. Right now we have a nice young nucleus of channing, curry and David lee. Right now the knicks have more than enough talent up front.

I wanted Taylor to play like he did before he tore his acl in Houston, which was pretty damn good. I hope he doesn't put sactown back on the map with a resurgence. No hard feelings towards him.

Mo Taylor had talent but it was time for him to go. He was primarily an offensive PF and Frye is better and Lee can produce about the same with better rebounding and defense. We should use Mo's spot to get a young big that can defend and rebound both the center and PF spot. That would help our team more than Mo because I don't trust that JJ1 is going to bring it this year. We really need to add a defensive specialist at the 4/5 spot.
Trust the Process

He will help the Kings and is a versatile player with very good post up skills. He was not used right here and was not given an opportunity to be successful.
