I love love love the two teams.
Steph, Steve, jared, Channing and Eddie no big surpirse there.
Yep...
2nd team was Jamal, Nate, Quentin, and Lee,

suprised by nate, but not so much, actually prefer quenten over rose for the simple fact that he can post up, hit the open jumper (before last year) and has a voice in the locker and is younger.
second team will be good on his back and he can go back to be the mad bomber from phoenix.

jj...hmmmm...well, in all honesty, I don't believe isiah will be putting him in many games anyway. And when he does, it won't be just to embarrass him and prove a point.

Situational...foul trouble and matchups. The three big rotation of lee, curry and frye coupled with the three guard rotation of francis, crawford and Marbury should more than suffice...add in the defense/offense sf tandem of qrich and jj2 and it's basically a playoff roster riley would be proud of.

Nate, JJ, etc. are situational IMHO. And nate is still young young young (in more ways than one) so he could use another year IF francis is pulling his weight.

But should one of those guys have an off night or encounter foul trouble (talking about the back court) I'm more than happy to see nate bound off the bench.

It won't be a circus anymore, rotations rotations rotations.

I want to cheer the end of the bench for the right reasons.

it's almost time to put up or shut up...and I'm talking about UK posters.

I noticed some of the negativians have become neutral already to cover their hating tracks...but I'm not one to say I told you so, so I won't...

but you know who you are.

GO KNICKS! (see sig)

Q Rich has no lift and is pathetic in the post. Q is a volume shooter who shoots a horrible percentage.

QRich= career fg 40% 3pt fg 35%

J Rose= career fg 44% 3pt fg 39%

Rose is a better shooter and much better in the post. I think he would be a nice change of pace from Jeffries who will give us plenty of hustle on the D and very little on offense, where as Rose will give us some scoring punch off the bench from the wings.

that's ridiculous. we need a healthy Qrich. He can be a valuable piece to this team.

if his back is healthy, he can be a mediocre shooter. Jalen is nowhere near a mediocre defender. I'd rather see Balkman get those minutes if Q can't take them.

same. that would be nice. Hopefully Isiah doesn't play Q/Rose in an attempt to improve their trade value

Are the Knicks practice sessions open to the public or press? How did we get this report on units Isiah put together?

2+2=4, that's how.

I thought maybe someone had actually SEEN the practice. I got that idea from the way the guy posted his statement. I'm not a idiot :)

Today was the first practice it was Steph, Steve, jared, Channing and Eddie no big surpirse there. 2nd team was Jamal, Nate, Quentin, and Lee, with a hodge podge in the post. Jerome may have sprained his ankle today and Malik may have pulled a hamstring dont know if they will miss any practice
