"If I can say there has been significant progress after one year, he'll be here. If we can't say that, he will not be here." what does dolan mean by significant progress? does it even matter b/c if the team fails, will isiah be able to kiss enough ass to stick around?

Well not expecting the playoffs doesn't mean he wouldn't like it. Expecting the playoff seems like to much of a specific goal. The team only won 23 games. I think they can compete for a playoff spot, but whether they actually make it is hard to hold IT too. 35-40 wins may be enough for Dolan, but i'm hoping for more and a playoff spot.

I think that our key players are good enough to be able to do that. If IT can bring in the right players to help we should be fine. One thing I noticed was that when the subject of trades came up, Isiah tried to hold back a smile. He has a horrible poker face, cuz I could see he thinks he has something in the works.
