Watching Zo play last night made me sick. How can anybody want the Heat to win after everything that happened during the 90s?

Zo may have been our arch enemy back in the day, but he never did anything crazy to warrant us losing any important series. He fought with LJ true, but it's PJ Brown who I hold in lower esteem. Zo was a hard worker in the Ewing tradition and had that terrible kidney disease ruin his chances at winning when he was in his prime. Did I want him to win with Miami then? No, nor was I (personally) really pulling for Miami. Although I wanted them to win because they seemed like the underdogs that no one wanted to see win, and Dallas killed my pick in a pool San Antonio.

The Heat had to deal with everyone who has doubted them since the moment Shaq was traded to Miami, and those doubts increased after all of the moves Riley made in the past off-season. Everyone wrote them off a fake title contender.

Most interesting is that the village idiots of sportstalk radio Mike & The Maddog who still don't want to give Miami credit. I just caught a passing glimpse of their show broadcasting on YES (I rarely listen to or watch them), and they were saying that Dallas was the better team and the only reason the Heat won was that they "got lucky." Mike Francessa said something like "had their not been a phantom foul in game 5 Miami loses." Excuse me, they lose? That was not the last play of the game, because there was still plenty of time on the clock to foul Dallas and get the ball back. This idiot doesn't want to give Wade credit for taking over that series, and neglects the reality that calls like this are ALWAYS made for the biggist/bigger stars of the NBA no matter what. How quickly we forget all of the phantom calls Jordan got when he was winning titles for the Bulls, a guy who I am sure all of these reactionary sports talk radio hosts worship and compare everyone too.

So Dallas loses game 6 at home after Miami lost there twice to start the series, putting themselves in a huge hole, and because of Wade's amazing performance and some big play from role players, including Shaq, GP, Zo & Posey, they turn around and win 4 games in a row on a few fluke plays or luck? Excuse me, Dallas made the Finals for that exact same reason, as so many bad calls were made on San Antonio's big 3 that Dallas never had to deal with Duncan, Ginobli & Parker at the same time, and put multiple, key role players in foul trouble every game. Would Dallas have won that series otherwise? Not so sure, but I'll give Dallas credit for playing great throughout. However, some sports fans/broadcasters maintain theire selective memory, are so hypocritical and blind when they hold resentment towards althetes and teams that it's ridiculous, and exactly why I can't listen to those idiots on the radio, and why Miami deserves credit they deserve for winning under such adverse conditions.

I guess the Heat Title is the final nail to this Knicks season.
Teams who was fighting at the top went in opposite directions and one end up on the top but another all the way down.
All hated in NY players became a champions and Knicks organization became a joke...
