let's just say, for argument's sake, that MIN would take back Marbury in exchange for that #6 pick & their garbage contracts... there's a question of roster space that you need to account for... right now, we have 12 players under contract for next season, as well as 2 young FA's that are likely to be resigned (Butler & Woods)... add to that 3 1st round picks as well as the 3 veteran players that would be coming back in any Marbury trade to MIN, & you're talking about buying out & releasing a TON of salary in order to accomodate this trade... do u think Dolan would agree to it? i don't know.

You beat me to it. I don't think Dolan does it, it doesn't make good business sense for him. Lose the top money earner on your team AND buy out a bunch of scrubs to make roster space? not gonna happen.

Fans will go to the knick games whether marbury or billy crystal was playing PG. Marbury doesnt make jack sht for the knicks
