Plan A try somehow, someway to get marcus williams

Plan B parlay picks to move up for Patrick Obryant

I don't know if I would parlay picks for him but I would like to get him but I think he is out of range for them. I would like to get quantity in this draft. I would like to come out of the draft with a floor general style pg, pure shooter sg, and an athlethic shot blocker.

DRAFT....there trading those picks, you could not be more foolish to add more young players to a team full of young immature brats. Especially when there's really no one special that can improve our situation. Isiah would be dumber then he already is if he doesnt package those picks.

trade Den #1+ lee+ jalen rose 4 charlotte's pick next year

DRAFT THADDEUS YOUNG

With tthis years 28 take lowry

Young is going to Georgia Tech--you have to play 1 yr of cbb or go to the devlopmental league--not draft eligble.

the nike hoop summit that is where saer sene had his breakout where he dominated US players for the first 6 minutes or so in the paint

knicks need to keep sene on the serious radar as well in case they cant move up. i like obryant better because he has a two way skill set but sene can be a ben wallace type of player in the nba

Sene must be pretty good then. Since we know that you aren't big on international prospects.

if we trade up, i want marcus williams or ronnie brewer.
if we don't, i want saer sene or shawne williams w/20th, and kyle lowry w/the 29th.

He's not Patrick Obryant, but he did give guys like Young and Spencer Hawes tremendous problems at the start of that game-you could say he looks like a stronger looking dalembart. Obryant is a two way skill player, and I always prefer a 7 footer with two way skills. Its possible Obryant and Marcus Williams[imo] are the two best players in this draft, yet its possible both may drop a little[and then they may go top 3 each]

it is so horrible that we made that decision on curry--at the very least we needed to be patient--no team was anteing up for curry he couldnt get insurance and his own team offered him 20mm to retire for us to give up a top 3 pick the whole package we gave up is mind boggling---tim thomas has shown in these playoffs hes better than curry by himself curry has never played like tim thomas god awful terrible rip-off trade

Briggs I like O'Bryant too but he hasn't shown anything that gave the impression that he could be a dominating center in the NBA. I woudln't draft him at 3 if he was there, he is just as much a project as Bynum was last year. Sene stock will probably jump from where I saw it last on NBADRAFT due to lack of talented big men. Sene maybe a better fit with this Knick, Brown was high on Dalembert out of Seton Hall due to his shotblocking skills.

I would not be surprised if Obryant went top 3 or 1

7 footers are a rare breed. You have to think top 5 and if he workouts out well, is there another 7 footer like him in this draft? Im not saying he is a lock to get up there, but it wouldnt surprise me if he went anywhere 1-5. There is a bottom on this kid probably at 6-7, he wont go lower than that

they really are. Hell... I'm 6'4. I work in Manhatten and take a train into Penn station every day. I must pass 1000's of people a day and I can count the number that are taller than me on the fingers of one hand. I was looking at some of OBryant's mix tapes and he's got NBA size and athleticism. That alone is so hard to find. I havent followed the draft prospects much yet. Mostly I'm not sure we are drafting anyone. I'm just waiting for the picks to be included in the next stupid trade.

...that was Brown's plan, he went on the record saying he wanted to trade the picks because they had too much youth. Isiah likes the draft.
