I didn't know Jamal got that much love.

i think he took over the lead in jersey sales for knicks players this year.

Prediction, as soon as JJ, Marbury, Francis and Rose are traded, Jamal will become enemy #1 again. So much for trading Frye, DJ, only 19 responses to dump him.

Curry has more positive feedback than Q Rich! That's great to see. But Woods gets less positive feedback than Q Rich What's wrong with you people

he's the most up and down player on the squad.

people are falling for him now because the season has left us with little else and larry's decided to push him as his poster child.

i talk to two different friends about jamal all the time. friend A LOVES him. friend B HATES him. my stance: he listens to the coach and his game has changed. so there is growth. that's all i can say. if he's traded, i really wouldn't care. if he stays, i really wouldn't care. personally, i still think he's afraid of contact and friend B and i love calling him a pansy. we sit there and make fun of him b/c, well b/c it's fun to make fun of jamal and those BULLSH T, SCARED little floaters. you see, i'm having fun just typing this. but in all honesty, like i said, his game has changed and has shown some growth but dude needs to play this way from november through april before he gets any real love from knicks fans.

You know what you are right about Jamal, I think he is scared of contact too. If you notice he only gets into the paint when he knows he has a clear path. Interesting. There are times when he should jam a ball, he doesn't. hmm... Meanwhile, Nate goes in there like he made of steel. LOL.

That's why I called Jamal a wuss (and got a load of criticism from allanfan for it!)

He's driving a hell of a lot more than last year, and he's rebounding the ball and playing better defense. Nothing wussy about that to me. No, he's still not there, but he's making strides. If he goes back to the no D' Jamal next year, until next April, when the Knicks are out of it, then I say it's a trend and we trade him, but I have a feeling he's turning the corner.

I thought everyone wanted to keep Jerome "the blackhole of basketball" James

Yeah, I haven't been able to catch many Knick games this season but luckily, I was able to witness that great moment in Knicks history the other night.

idk, I really think Jerome deserves the name of "blackhole"

Everytime he gets the ball in the post, you know he is going to shoot it. I used to shout at any Knick player who dared to pass him the ball because it was as good as turnover. As dumb as Marbury is, I'm glad to see that he at least learned not to pass Jerome the ball anymore.

At least Mo at times looks like he cares and tries to take a charge and do other things other than wait for the ball in the post.

Like I said though, I've only seen like 20 games this season (most of them early in the season though I have seen some lately) so maybe things have changed

Yeah, looks like I chose a good year to go away to college.

S3231, what school are you going to and what are you going for?

I was kidding around about Jerome. Honestly, I think both Mo T AND Jerome are pretty horrible. They are both black holes, play bad D, out of shape and all that. I would love to see both gone.

I don't think Mo T is nearly as out of shape as people make it sound. I bet his % body fat is nowhere near that of guys like JJ, Curry, Sweetney. Mo is just soft and doesn't play hard D (and holds onto the ball waaaay too long).

Going to Holy Cross and right now am an Econ major. I agree though that both are pretty bad and would love to see them gone. I got to admit though I hate Jerome a lot more. At the beginning of the season, I remember Mo at least looked like he had gotten better and was being a more team oriented guy (taking charges and playing decent defense). Jerome however, always seems to chuck the ball up as soon as he gets it and doesn't contribute at all except in the fouls department.
