One more thing

Jamal IS clutch
agreed... he's unfazed if nothing else. If he misses its not because he's nervous.

Has Jamal missed an last second shots that could have won games for us? Maybe my memory is selective but it seems that Jamal has won more games like these last two for us than he's lost. That might be that when we've lost this year, its been pretty much decided in the 1st Quarter...

i don't know if he'll ever duplicate that unbelievable game-winner at houston at the beginning of last year.

Yes, Jamal has lost plenty of games for the Knicks with the last second shot. In those cases, he usually didn't even get the shot off, in others he has missed terribly. But game winners are not easy to make, so I don't think it is fair to judge a player on them. A few game winers are nice, but I would prefer he plays solid through the whole game, then the Knicks probably wouldn't need so many game winners.

Good luck Mike D'Antoni, 'cause you ain't never seen nothing like this before!

on a number of those missed last second shots steph set him up poorly . or caught him by surprise cuz he (steph) passed off with virtually no time left when he should have taken the shot.

Very true. Neither of those guys have a clue when it comes to shot clock management: "You take it! No you take it! Aw Geez!"

Ummm oohah, in case you haven't noticed, Jamal has been playing very solidly through the whole games recently, and I'm not just talking about the last 2 games. He's not the "Wuss" Bonn says he is.

here is the one thing about the last two wins - they played hard but it was also two teams we have already beaten this season. the celts whoop us up everytime so it'll be interesting to see how we perform up there.

DJ, we have the worst record in the league. A win against the Hawks is a good win for us.
