Thats where you guys got it wrong...You are making it out to be about Steph...It's not...It has never been....The Knicks this year has not won a game without Steph...That stat means more to me tha anything else....
Another stat for you...Knicks under Larry 19-54...
I've got another 1 for you
Larry's last 3 years
54-28 54-28 19-54
Steph's last 3 years
12-22 w/Phx 25-22 NY = 47-44 33-49 19-54
the stop underrating David Lee movement
1. FIRE MIKE 2. HIRE MULLIN 3. PAY AVERY 4. FREE NATE!!!

I don't care who you are as a point gurad, you need players around you...no one point guard does it alone...You guys hold Steph to standards that no one else is held to...A point guard is only as good as his finishers...By the way, Q1 just missed another wide open 3 from the corner....

but he has been a malcontent who breathes negativity in the locker room. yeah, he has talent and we wouldn't have won some of those games without him ( which hasn't been much), but he hasn't taken this team on his shoulders and won games straight up. if he is starbury, he can do it. and don't give me crock about the surrounding talent. this is probably one of the most talented knick team in the past 4 years. he has the talent to make his team better and he chooses not to do it because larry "criticizes" him. i remember in the summer he proclaimed that we would definately make the playoffs. needless to say that he was one of the reasons for the knicks demise. irony is a pain, isn't it?

Bro, I do believe in Brown's principles that he teaches..What he is saying to all good..But the way he goes about his task and just destroys each player is not a good thing...If you don't bow to Brown, he tries to bury you....It happened with the Olympic team...Brown puts his ego ahead of the team...He could have won with the Olympic team but he choose to prove a point to the detriment of the team...I don't even think it's the team not buying into what he is teaching...He wants you to take his teachings and his undressing you in the press at the same time...So I really don't believe it's one or the other...If he treated these guys with respect they would run through the walls for him...But he wants to be a nasty punk and diss the players and it's not right....

bobs, that is true, it's not translating on the court. He sure isn't leaving those tears along with the blood and sweat on the bball court.
I was so dissapointed in last night, b/c I really was excited to see the team get angry and just compete with the Wizards, and see what the young kids would play, when angry like this, but nobody showed up. It was embarrassing and still is.

You can say the same thing about the three guys crying right now...I'm just seems like Q1 crying is intended to be seen...Malik is more genuine....But these 3 needs to step up on the court and shut up in the press....

Holfresh... what about the people that Marbury guards? Because they light it up every night. If Delonte West, Tony Allen, Earl Boykins and anyone else we face outplays Steph every night, we might as well get one of those guys because they a) care about winning b)play hard c) are coachable d) arent sourpuss malcontents that teammates cant stand
Here's the best stat: Opposing PGs shoot better, get more FT attempts, more rebounds, more assists, fewer turnovers and fewer fouls. Oh... but the NY PGs outscore the opposition 20.8 to 20.5
Give me a break. Its so old. Marbury will be gone this offseason. We will get a PG be it Crawford or someone else that listens to LB and plays hard and we will be a better team next year. Marbury will talk about how Frye got hurt, how Lee and JB were still developing, how Q couldnt hit shots and nobody will care because the Knicks will just be another team that got better when Marbury left. I'm starting to understand why and how a career 20/8 player can make you WORSE.

hey, i am not exonerating brown by any means. I was the one who started the worse coach in the past 15 years thread ranking him 2. he is to blame also. however, to feel sorry for steph and making excuses is uncalled for. he has been in the league many years and saw what it takes to win. curry, frye and even crawford have their excuse because they are still fresh in the league. steph needed to step up and take charge on the court and in the locker room. something he has done for only six games.

They can help the team more if they do it on the court....Q1 play D half the time....He hasn't play D since january...If you are not busting it on the court I don't want to hear form you in the press, that goes for francis as well...Malik is just horrible as a player...For some reason he thinks he should get the ball in the post over Curry gets pist and pouts when he doesnt get the ball....Please save it Malik....
