I'm not even that pro Brown just for the record. In a lot of ways what he's done is pretty slimey himself this year, but I understand his motives skewed as they are. He's certainly been a dick and had his share of being outright unproffesional, but he's the one guy, and the only guy in this org that has half a clue how to succeed in this league. Isiah doesnt, Mills doesnt, Dolan doesnt and most of the players he brought in dont either. Only Larry. Now like LB or not the numbers and history doesnt lie. He keeps saying and coaching the same things and the players keep failing.

Get a Kiki, Walsh, Nelson, whoever... anyone thats demonstrated ability to build a team and make shrewd trades. This thing can turn around in a year or 18 months if you get some guys willing to work and buy into a system

good post fish, the knicks have a few pieces we can move forward with, for me that would be, frye, lee, curry, Q woods, crawford butler and maybe nate , but you have to surround these guys with some young vets, who want to win and who will push these kids to succeed.I don't understand the people who say we have talent that can't win, yet want to blame brown for not getting us 30 wins, don't they see? 19 wins, 25,34, 39, 40, it is still losing basketball, when have we started setting our standards so low?
Anyone who sits around and waits for the lottery to better themselves, either in real life or in sports, Is a Loser............... TKF

Why wouldn't you care who fixes this mess? Why wouldn't you want someone who is more qualified than the person who created the mess?

in 2 years time this team roster will resemble that of the spurs...if larry is still here that is....thats my opinion

lots of veterans sprinkled with some young kids....
Had enough Melo?

It shouldn't take an Einstein to figure out that Isiah (along with Dolan) is the root of this problem and needs to go.

No it's time for Isiah to be fired so that a capable GM can come in and clean house. Not this idiot. Why would anybody still have any confidence that Isiah is the right person to fix the mess that he's created?

Isles, I agree with you about Isiah fully. Your hatred for the man took a little bit to get to me but it finally has, as of a few weeks ago. I'm curious what your thoughts on Brown are? I think most people here know that I'm extremely pro-Brown, right in the same boat as Fish but what are your thoughts on LB?

I personally think that LB is a stubborn jackass and if he really wanted to he could have squeezed out a few more wins out of this sorry group. But we're only talking a few. This mismatched group of underachievers wasn't going to make the playoffs if God himself coached them. So when it comes to blame, LB is far down on the list. If nothing else he's just exposing how seriously flawed this roster is and that's not a bad thing. Besides, what exactly has he asked this team to do? Play hard, play smart and play unselfishly. How often has the team played that way?

It all goes back to Isiah. His roster. His coach. His mess. His responsibility. His head should roll whenever he gets back from whatever scouting trip he's on to avoid answering for this.
