I can see Isiah getting fired over this season. The saddest part about this is that Isiah put himeself on the line for a lot of these players and they've hung him out to dry.
Evil... great quote man. Really hits the nail on the head. This is sooo telling of the guys Isiah brought in, especially Marbury. Isiah also called him out if you recall... something about the worst defensive guard in the league. The fact that Isiah cuddled with Marbury so blatently and Marbs coulndt and wouldnt ball for Larry tells me all I need to know.

Its is the worst team...

I think the honorable way for isiah to go is fall on his own sword & resign.

Admit things haven't worked out- say he gambled and lost.

And take one last shot at the players and let them know how wrong he was in them- how he thought they would amount to something, and that they are loosers.

isiah is going to get canned

Wasn't it rumored that Isiah offered to resign but Dolan and Brown didn't want him to. Wasn't that what that pow-wow was all about. I can actually see Isiah trying to run for the door to get out but being blocked. Think about it what quality GM is going to say yeah let me take that job. Will have to be someone out of the game for awhile. This talk about Kiki is because the Nuggets are fed up and so is Karl. I don't see Kiki as an upgrade over Isiah. But have made some stupid moves while they had the chances to make good ones. I don't see Brown as wanting to take the figurehead pressure of the GM role, he loves the good press which is now eroding for him.

I started thinking about possible GM replacements and came up with a pretty good one. What do you guys think about Hubie Brown? He has an excellent basketball mind and wants the same thing out of players that LB does, I think they could work pretty well together. Of course Hubie is close to mid-70s but he was just coaching last year and is still pretty young for his age. Thoughts?

If I was a GM I would LOVE that job. You have almost unlimited $$$ resources, you have a HOF coach, you have some good young players on the roster and you have nowhere to go but up.

Sounds crazy but I think thats a great situation to be in. You can afford to be slow and methodical for a couple years if needed.
