Since KG has already put his position out there that he wants Statbury, we have Frankenstein by his bolts. I want a Steph, SA pick for Blount Jaric, Eddie Griffin and Minny 1st RD pick this year.

If the Wolves are thinking about playoffs with Step and KG they are going to want to keep both Griffin and Blount.

OR at least one of them. You would need Blounts contract though to make a deal. I say replace Griffin with Madsen and we have a done deal.

Keep Banks? If Steph is moving in Banks may be the price you pay.

Banks is unrestricted. he has to want to come here.

All the Atlanta needs a point guard talk, he may have his eyes on going there. They have the opening, the cap space, and the horses to get up and down the court at the speed he does.

DON'T THINK MINNY CAN RELINQUISH RIGHTS TO THE PICK TO ANYONE BESIDES LAC

and why not Marbury for Ricky Davis Hassell and Hudson?

keep Hassell. Davis and Hudson are moveable.

my guess is they'd probably want to make a triumvirate of KG/Marbury/Ricky if they made a move for Marbury in the 1st place.

Exactly.

Besides, I'd take Hassell over Ricky anyway. We need glue guys...
DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

Rashad McCants is more than capable of being that 3rd guy especially with the way Steph plays

Marbury

for

Hassell, Griffin, Jaric, Madsen

(Cut Madsen....we already have the better, black version in Malik)

Francis

for

K-Mart (i think it works straight up)

^ a risk for both teams, but I think it pays off for us...

Starting lineup of:

Curry, K-Mart, Lee, Hassell, Crawford

Bench:

Nate, Frye, Butler, Jaric, Malik

I don't know about that man. Maybe.

If that's the case....

I STILL want Hassell over Davis. In fact for me it's a dealbreaker.

And you KNOWWW Larry will demand Hassell.

I'm not farting for Sota unless I get Banks back. To me thats the whole point of this discussion. Banks is a little TO prone for LB but he's the defender at PG that LB CRAVES. We have enough scorers. Crawford, Frye, Curry, QWoods, heck even Jackie can put the ball in the basket. We need Jaric and Banks. Two perimeter guys that defend well and pass well.

Blount sucks also... he's a poor man's Dampier. Plays hard when he wants too. Yuck. Ive seen enough of Jaric to know the difference between a bad year and a bad player.

Also I have no doubt we are using the picks, Nate, Mo T, Francis... something of that combo to get Al Harrington... he's not my favorite but he's a good guy, and also defends. Then we are
Curry/Frye/Harrrington/Jaric/Banks
with a bench of Lee, Crawford, QWoods, Malik Rose, JJ, Butler and whoever we draft. Lots more guys into LB's system and that go out and defend.

Were not trading for KG, lets be real. The owner of the Wolves said they are not trading KG and we would be likely last on the list in terms of what we can give up even if he was available. What Im looking for is a reasonable FAIR deal---a deal where money will have to be close to even, but a deal where we get back something.

The lottery pick is fair if that means pick 28 goes back to them, so be it not a big deal. Jaric is the guy that makes a deal possible. Marcus Banks is a solid back up PG and they send the money OUT.

perhaps when we get jaric in we can try to re-route him elsewhere.

Minn is in a bit of a spot they need to make KG happy and this deal will make him happy He doesnt want a rookie but the lottery pick would be HANDY to us. the deal could go down a week after the draft--they pick a guy for us and then transfer him to the knicks the following week when Banks can be traded.

sht getting a 8-9 pick + Banks with a FAIR $-$ deal is fair for both squads.

but our F GM is to stupid to think of something like this he just wants to somehow pay al harrington 90mm$ trade for the gimp kenyon martin and his 70mm and keep all of our great stuff

throw bad money at bad money

harrington is not a bad defender, plus we need to remember the guy is just 25, his best years are way ahead of him, he is not my favorite, but al can ball.....
