U are telling me you prefer Watson to our guys running the show...Come on...

If you read my post FULLY, you'd see this in the first sentence.
I like Francis better than Watson myself BUT

I prefer Francis over Watson but some people might can argue a good case for Watson. You make Watson sound like chopped liver but he's a tired kind of PG then Francis, not necessarily a worse one.

Sounds like what the Knicks really need is superstar Kevin Ollie. He'd be the answer to all the Knicks' PG needs.

One thing that's interesting is that from what I understand, Francis is actually older than Marbury--- he started in the NBA in his mid-20s.

My biggest concern is that w/ so many chuckers in the backcourt... how can Frye and Curry hope to develop?

Marbury has played this year extremely in control and only taking shots when needed this season. Why would you think he would change now?

Crazy move. How do you make this move and not at least include Crawford in the deal? I mean no doubt Zeke tried (Taylor, Crawford and Ariza for Francis and Garrity was his first choice) but if Orlando said no, OK, YOU SAY NO THEN!!!!!! We still had another day too; the deadline's tommorrow at 3pm, not today! Suppose we walk away from it for today and the next thing you know Orlando's calling us up tommorrow at 2 o'clock ready to make the move for Crawford and Taylor. You couldn't see that happening? Remember, they can't stand Francis down there. He even refused to go back in a game about 2 weeks ago, remember that? Can you imagine that? NBA player refusing to go back in a game. Yeah, this guys head is screwed in straight.
Wow. The deal is completely irresponsible with regard to the cap (Taylor, Crawford and Ariza would've been so much easier to swallow - and I don't even like that deal really) not to mention it's absolutely rediculous when you consider it chemistry-wise. Marbury & Francis (who doesn't even want to be here, per SAS) AND we still have Crawford in the fold, not to mention Q-Rich and Nate Robinson. You think Curry will ever get any touches now? Antonio Davis called the Knicks a circus on his way out the door. I think now I might agree with him. I can't even imagine what's next...

Steph was playing GREAT PG before he got injured. He had finally gotten comfortable with the system and I think he's gonna get better once he's fully healthy. LB will help Steph to finally reach the level that we all thought he could. If you can't see that, you have to be completely blind.

Francis will likely do what VC did once he got traded. It will re-energize him.

I'm just proud to be a fan of the team with "The most expensive backcourt in the NBA."
