why trade all that youth for francis, and not trade or attempt to tade youth to get artest? a much better player IMO...

you know why? b/c when artest became avaiable, we were in the whole "rebuild" kick. but now, after the losing, after the turmoil, they're starting to feel it a little bit. so that "rebuild" kick may start going out the window. IF artest was still available TODAY, i think we would be in play for him and we will move one of the young guys for him.

No. Isiah knew Artest was crazy and never wanted him. He wanted to suspend him when he was in Indiana and that's one of the reasons they fired him and brought in Rick C.

Well, you know how it is with "rebuilding." You try it for a few months and, if it doesn't work out, you trade away your young guys for some "proven veterans" and try the "win now" method again.

yeah. I missed where trading 37 yr-old AD counts as trading a young player. I missed where acquiring a first round draft pick that has fairly decent potential to be a lotto pick counts as "win now."

maybe that's just me.

oh wait, Zeke sucks! LOL! ROFL OMG ZEKE IS St00pid!

He hasn't traded them yet, but I sense it coming. I could be wrong of course, but my gut tells me the rookies will be traded.

Don't give yourself indigestion. He won't trade them.
