Bonn - you ever consider Qyntel is a young man who never knew a father who simply understands what that meant to his development and wants better for the next generation of kids?
YES, I did. I didn't take a position either way on whether Woods' statements were genuine; I merely asked people whether or not they thought the statements were.

We obviously NEED this guy. How long did they say he's out for? I didn't see tonight's game (thankfully!)

I'm glad he's doing well and earning his spot. When people see a guy like work hard to put their past behind them it can be inspiring. 24 years old is a good age. Big difference between that and 21. If that article is half true I'm thrilled to wrong about bringing him in. He's got a long way to go but if he finishes the year strong and stays out of trouble over the summer no reason not to use part of the MLE to lock him up to a 2-3 year deal.

That sums up the nature of sports.............What I've learned is that Tom Brady is the most amazing human being to walk the face of the earth and that Isiah is the worst. I need to learn nothing else.
I just hope that people will like me

So that instead of losing by 20, we lose by 10? Any player on this team deserves to be traded, and I am including Curry and Frye on that list.

It sounds like yesteday's game was frustrating and I'm glad I missed it. But Q's development is important whether the team wins or loses. If he is focussed on basketball he can be an important piece for many years.

Allanfan - "deserves" to be traded?

Were you so quick on the trigger at the beginning of the month when the signs were positive and the bright moments were more frequent?

I am astonished that some among the so-called "most knowledgeable fans in the world" are so quick to throw out the babies AND the bathwater in one deliberate motion.

Check the roster again for the number of players 25 and under and then pause a minute. Just breathe deeply. Consider what their peak years would be and visuallize their productvity as a team when the light comes on in their collective basketball brains.

This "25 and under" business gets a little old. It's not an automatic excuse for everything. All players who are under 25 now aren't necessarily going to get great by the time they're 25 and older.

That's true but it doesn't seem so unreasonable to me to assume that most of Curry, Frye, Lee, Nate, Ariza, Butler, and maybe Qyntel will be better in the future than they are right now.
