Thinking about it for a moment, it probably does not make sense for the Knicks to fire Isiah any time soon, especially with the trade deadline, unsettled suit and draft coming up. Well, at least 2 of the 3 would bring pause to any immediate firing.

Admittedly, I'm not as skilled as Nalod, DJ and EnySpree but I will do my best to represent. Although I can already tell that my giddyness will effect it. I could use some ideas. Thanks in advance.

First off she has good cause for wrongful termination. That will be easy to prove given how many people work there and would know.

Former employees, players and coaches can also attest to if her "demands" were out of line.

Marb running around calling her names will be pretty easy to document. Its not a crime, but the more that is documented, the more valid things become.

How was Isiah in other office environments? How was he with other organizations? Pattern? They might have sniffed around and found some smoking guns in his past that would establish a pattern.

Dolan is a clown, but this is Steve Mills gig.

Yeah, because Isiah is known as such a pleasant, humble, forgiving and tolerant person. Treating another person in a harsh manner is really something that's unbelievable when it comes to Isiah.

Come on Killa, it's not personal it has plenty of basis considering his history.

Wow, this is going to big a big deal. When it comes to dealing with people, Isiah has his share of enemies including his former players and head coaches. I think it looks quite bad for isiah and the MSG.

This is a disaster of epic proportions, the media is eating this up like piranhas, they have always loved to roast IT and this organization, now they have some real juicy stuff to BBQ this franchise.
Even is this is not true, Someone's head will roll for this, if not IT, then Mills, for letting things get this out of hand, you can't let something like this go unpunished that's for sure.
Just think about this for a moment, why would she go out on a limb for something like this if it's not true, I know money makes people do some crazy things, but career suicide and putting one's reputation on the line like this insane if it's not true.
She either was a mole, put in place by Dolan to get IT and Mills fired, or she is one smart ballsy lady to take this one on or she is just plain crazy person. I vote for the first or second one, this is going to be the end of someone on the top for this team, you can count on that.
