Successful Scenario
Due to Toronto and New York being over the cap, the 25% trade rule is invoked. Toronto and New York had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

I like Ariza, but we have too many struggling Neophytes that have more advanced skills then what Ariza has shown this year, He has some very good moments, but it seems LB has gotten into his head too much which has scattered his confidence in his jump shot and all around game.

Q Rich probably has less trade value than Malik right now due to how he's been playing & the length of his contract, which is uninsured... plus, TOR has shooters on their team... they don't need another one... you'd have a better chance of making the deal w/Malik instead.
