Dolan has made public statements about how making the playoffs is more important than winning championships.

I don't have Lexis Nexis, otherwise I could probably find it. I heard him say it on Mike and the Mad Dog.

Public statements should be easily found on google shouldn't it? It would be great if you could find it and back up what would seem to be an outrageous comment by Dolan.
