looking deeper into the numbers
he shot 4-11 against NJ and 4-15 against Milwaukee. thats 2 horrendous games out of those 5. Not to mention that his D against NJ, MiL, and Utah was very bad. He did show me something on the defensive end for a stretch against Phoenix though, and he was decent against Orlando too. But we both know I am worried about him for good reason. Who knows which Jamal out of the last 5 games will show up? Hopefully its the one from the Seatle game.

This team is making progress, but its not going to be straight line. In fact, I think we have been getting closer and closer.

Its about Eddie getting minutes and being somewhat productive. He just needs to play big and fill it up. If they cover him in the middle, it makes things much easier for mid range shots.

Lee's points and rebounds were great, but his crisp passing was excellent. We still got a ways to go, especially how to win in the last 30 seconds. Craw looking back at larry with 10 sec to go and basically crumbling was so not good.

Plus I look at the Phoenix game as a totally separate event form Wash, Seatt, Cleve, etc. That game was a happening, an event, a celebration. It was glorious, uplifting, reinvigorating. I couldn't go to sleep for hours after that, way too pumped. I went on to Ultimate at about 1.30 there 60+ people on and and people still posting on the game thread!! That was what it is all f'g about! It can't always be about winning a championship - it's about these moments along the way.

We may easily go back to sucking, or playing better but losing games at the end. It's not going to detract one bit for me from the glory of that triple overtime victory. Hot damn!!

And big props to you cats with the cajones to call that victory in the gamepicker. You guys deserve even extra satisfaction form this one!

If thats true than we better win, crawford is expected to play dispite foot complications, so if we lose we really dont have any exuse except for the fact that we suck. I really hope the knicks come out of the gate strong, they have had a couple of days off, and have been doing a better job of playing hard from the tip-off lately so If the knicks get in an early hole, I will be so angry that words will not be able to discribe my anger, well except for the words I just used guess.
