yeahj the thing is, one of our guys has to be as good as the best guy on any of those lists. Let alone both of them. And Hakeem and Horry really isn't it.

one of the best defensive players? No way. Active defensively? Hell Yeah. I think you would see Lee exposed if he got time. It would take opposing teams about 5 minutes to figure out that on O he is about as good as Rose with the 15 footer and that he is not strong enough for PFs or not quick enough for SFs. He will get his when he proforms exactly like Brown wants. The Knicks also have kind of a glut at SF, most of which is less than stellar: Ariza, Woods, Q (on small lineups).

See, this is the problem with that logic. Curry and Frye are natural born scorers....and need to work HARD to make it up in the rebounding and defense depts. IMO, you can't start them together. You need to bring in a poor man's Big Ben to set the tone alongside Curry.

I disagree. Great teams have 3 major scoring options, ours can be the 5,4, and 1 in that order. Unfortunately for us, our 5 and 4 aren't terribly reliable. I think they can be though. If not this season then next.

So by your logic....we need to deal either Stephon or Crawford (which I've been saying all along).
DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.
