If that's the best we can do for Marbury can people start admitting that that trade was an absolute disaster for us?

Marb has been SUCKING big time for sure, but I am not giving up on him. If he can be moved for the right pieces or flexibility, then hell yeah. But I am thinking back to Billups and how much he sucked and sulked for about half a season in Detroit when Brown first arrived. I even remember ESPN doing a whole interview about it.

I'm not moving Marbury for Wally and Jaric b/c that move makes ZERO sense.

DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

Thank God you're not either. Wally and Jaric. And you people complain about our defense now. I really think its a NY syndrome to want to knock its best players all the time. I really don't think moving Steph is an option. So LB needs to get that thought out of his head and so do some of the fans.

The best example of what Steph can be like with the right players around him is when we still had KVH & Doleac. Steph was passing like crazy and guys were hitting shots. He is NOT SELFISH. That's just how it can look when he doesn't have reliable shooters around him. You think he wanted to keep passing to Anderson and watch him brick shots, or TT and watch him waste great chances, or Q for the many of the early games. We just haven't had much good fortune replacing H2O and really STeph had no problem passing to him when he was in there. Its never been proven that he doesn't pass to his teammates. Go and look back at the FGA records of the guys he's played with and you'll see that more often than not those players got more shots with him than without him. I actually went back and looked this is how I know. If he stays and these guys continue to develop they will grow in trust for each other and things will be fine. There's no need to trade him for some mediocre PG.

Wally and Jaric can play. Minny isn't having trouble heeping games in the mid 80's, low 90's

And as teams got more film on the KVH Doleac Steph tandem, NY would not have won much more than they did last season.

What prospect or pick did we give up in the trade to get Marbury that's better than Wally?

WHY?? We get a good young and tradable PG in return, and if it doesn't work with him, we still have Jamal and Nate, plus we get the mid range shooter we ever so soso so so so so desperately need (Besides Frye). I think Wally would be a terrific addition to this team.

You mentioned young but this trade wouldn't make the team younger. I checked the ages and to my surprise, Wally is 28 and Jaric is 27. I still wouldn't be opposed to this trade IF the team is out of the playoff picture by the trade deadline but I also wouldn't be opposed to a trade that brought in younger talent instead.

If I'm trading Marbury, I definitely don't want Wally on this team. There's only so many deficiencies in players that a team defense can compensate for. And if I'm bleeding cash for the next 4 years, I'd rather Marbs pocket it than a metrosexual male model who can't dribble the ball good or do other things good too.

If I'm dealing with Minnesota first I want Jaric, then I want McCants and then I want a pick about 8 years from now, when KG retires.
Sh-t in the popcorn to go with sh-t on the court. Its a theme show like Medieval times.
