Briggs look at his game this year and how he is playing. He will shoot under 40% for the year and isnt playing hard all the time,.

I believe that the nearly 20 pounds that he put on has hurt his game. Look at Emeka Okafor's shooting % as he did the same thing--put on 20 pounds of muscle. This can be rectified and reconfigured. I read where they were trying to make him[josh] into a version of a k mart 4, and thats not happening. Josh can be a really, really good 3 if he goes back to 225 and continues his development. I really like Josh, but I'm not privvy to his character and I dont like the extra muscle. I think when you put up 10-6-2-2 45% in limited minutes in the nBA @ 19 block 10 shots in a game and win the nBA dunk contest--you have some superior type talent. His particular talent is hard to teach in that he is 6-9 and has a 42-44 inch running vertical. He has a dribble, he just needs to learn to shoot better. If he loses that weight and goes on continued devlopment from year 1, the sky is the limit with josh, but that is up to josh.

Totally agree that is up to Josh, and I agree of your assessment. I just like athletic guys that have a feel for the game like Frye, Marvin Williams guys like that
