"Hello, Utah Jazz, this is Scott. How may I help you today, sir?

You'd like to purchase tickets for a Jazz game? Splendid!

Are you interested in our family plan? That's right, that includes tickets for you, your wives and all the kids.

Terrific! Let's see then, that'll be 9 adult and 56 kids' tickets then? Just fabulouis! Let's see, that's going to come out to . . . $3140 sir.

American Express, terrific.

OK, then. See you at the game, thanks a lot Dad. Say hi to Moms. And Dad . . . thanks again so much for the job!"

NeNe has not done much since coming in the league. Sure he got upside, but he got a bad knee now, and in 4 seasons has not don't a whole hell of a lot!

For the record, the fact that it was NeNe we traded to them is besides the point. I believe we picked NeNe because Denver wanted him. Alternatively, if we kept the pick, we could have used it to pick someone else -- such as Amare (or someone else who I believe was the expected pick before Layden shocked us all and picked NeNe instead (anyone remember who that was?)).
However, it was Layden after all, and he prob would have f'ed up that pick anyway.

I know we drafted for the Nuggs, but getting too deep into it only complicates things. PUt a face on it is so much easier!

Hey, Denver passed over Amare twice, and used the 5 for SKITA!

If I remember it correctly Laydne was going to trade the pick along with our next 8 first rounders for Bryon Russell. Mcdyess just kind of fell in our lap
I just hope that people will like me

I was a heavy Wilcox fan back then. I was in love with the dudes game. Wilcox still could make it happen if he ever gets from behind Brand. Geez I hope the Nets don't get him!

That's the way I remember it. Hey, it's easy to take shots when something doesn't work out, but Layden had McDyess examined by doctors who said his knee was fine.

there are 2 people in the world of basketball that i grant zero credibility. i just immediately dismiss whatever i hear associated with their names: and they are . . .

scott layden
