I think its worth a shot. He can create an offensive mismatch at the 3. And his length and speed should be enough to allow him to stay with his man on D. I was also thinking about this the other day. Frye starting at the sf cannot be worse than starting Barnes at the sf. Barnes is good, but is not a good combination with Davis. We need offense and defense. Not saying Frye is Garnett, but when Garnett first came into the league he started out as a small forward. He gradually worked his way to pf. Frye is probably our best shooter with a quick release. I think this is worth a try
