I don't believe there will be too big of a numbers crunch in the front court. I would be shocked if Antonio Davis was not bought out on Thursday (earliest date he can go back to the Bulls), his family did not move into New York, they went back to Chicago. I believe Mo Taylor will see some time, but very little for Malik. That leaves:

Curry/Butler/JJ
Frye/Lee/Mo T

Deep, but hardly a crunch, especially since Curry and James have never been able to stay on the court for long stretches and with Lee and Frye being rookies who will be on a short leash.
supposedly not only will he be bought out but the Knick brass has promised not to trade him mid season. He's agreed to move him family here and Zeke has agreed not to trade him and let him finish the year here. This was written by good sources... I think both the NYTimes and Ledger reported this.

Take it for what you will.

I hope he stays. Whats the rush? We know AD is gone in a year and Mo T shortly after that. If these guys have to wait they have to wait. So long as they are learning who cares. Back in the day rookies never got off the bench anyway.

^ I'd LOVE to ship him out to a team desperate for size.

Maybe Q along with him.

Why Q? He's our best 2 guard.

Sounds like Isiah's way of spreading the word that he's not "desperate" to trade AD's expiring contract. We all know that the Knicks NEVER just let expiring contracts expire.
