Better he makes mistakes during the preseason, because come regular season, he will not have that luxury. I pray that Q is healthy, and I also pray that all of our boys help this Knicks franchise be successful. It has been too freaking long since we have had a good team in N.Y.

Exactly - it is preseason. A lot ultimately depends on Larry Brown's ability to coach these guys and make sure the best players for a given situation are on the court.

Not only is it the preseason but Steph was injured and missed a lot of training camp and has played only half of two preseason games. He *should* be very rusty right now.

Crawford, other than missing that last shot had a great game last night. 11pts, 4ast, 8reb, and only one turnover. almost everyone else who played had three or four TOs, but Jamal ran the point for about half the game and only had one. He ran the team perfectly, played great D and even helped on the boards.

Jamal has a chance to be the exact kind of PG Larry wants. I think he can do it, and most importantly, he seems willing.

but should ur PG be shooting airball bombs in the 4th quarter when there are better options out there? I'll have to watch lastnights game again or see if Crawford keeps doing what you said he did. The 4th quarter I saw was the same old crawford hoisting bad shots thinking he is Reggie Miller minus the working hard without the ball part

the only airball was the last shot of the game with 5 seconds left. A) the play was broken and there were no other options and B) there was a ton of time to take it to the hoop. the lose had a lot less to do with Jamal's miss than it did with bad offense for almost two full quarters and Frye not boxing out allowing the Mavs to get another putback game winner.

Crawff is a teaser. He has done the same thing throughout his career. At one point in Chicago he did a decent job for 10 games and disappeared for the remainder of the season. Look, I want all of our boys to succeed, but you (Marburry haters) make it really hard on the true fans...

when did liking Marbury become a requirement for being a fan of the Knicks. I order tickets thru ticketmaster. never once did they ask me to check a for Steph-Hater/b for Steph-Lover.

the stop underrating David Lee movement 1. FIRE MIKE 2. HIRE MULLIN 3. PAY AVERY 4. FREE NATE!!!

Two words: Mo Taylor.

I think the Mo Taylor trade is the worst thrade Isiah has done so far...all the other trades lead to another trade that helped the team....Mo right now is a waste. He is not gonna start over Frye, Butler or David Lee at this point. Malik Rose is another guy that is gonna rot with his never ending contract. What about Antonio Davis? The guy is a good player hands down. He could start or be a great back-up still at 37.

There are ton of questions but we already know the answer when it comes to Mo and Rose........no way they play in the real season.

To Add to my comments on the Mo trade......Isiah was hoping this guy would come in and be the scorer he is and hopefully they can get him to rebound. You can't knock him for trying.....at the time he would have never known that he was gonna get Frye and Lee with Butler coming into his own all at the same time.

I wish we could trade him and Rose.......i do not wanna see either of them playing in the regular season.

If Mo Taylor is the worst move Isiah has made, what do we have to worry about? The guy is one of two really solid post options we have right now and he's shown thus far that he's willing to put in a better effort on D and boardwork for Brown. Plus, while his contract is a popular griping point, it actually has no harmful effect on our salary cap situation since his contract runs out before we even have a chance to get close to the cap. At worst, we get a benchwarmer who's solid injury insurance. At best, we get a key role player and scorer off the bench.

As for Jamal, are you kidding me? This kid has shown tremendous growth already in such a short time under Brown. His shot selection still needs some work but he's not the same reckless gunner from last season and he's putting in effort on D and even crashing the boards. But the most impressive thing I've seen so far is his performance in the clutch. In the last two games, Craw has taken 4 shot attempts in the closing minutes of a tight game, and he's hit 3 of them. I can't judge the shots against San Antonio very well, but the one he hit against Dallas was a smooth looking pull up jumper, very in control and confident. Brown is going to turn JC into a player, thank God, because without a solid coach he might have spent his whole career playing like he did last season. This is something to be excited about. Sit back, relax, and watch Jamal grow into a real NBA baller.

My goodness, 4 preseason games and hlaf the people are willin to crucify Marbury while the other half feels the same way about Craw? I really don't think we are playin to win this games, it look like we are starting and playin random people at all positions. So TO's are a bogus stat in general in such a situation.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?
