Herb is a poor coach. I'm not blaming him for last night's loss, but let's be realistic. How about a coach with some passion, some attitude? Herb just sits on the sidelines. Herb will never get a technical. Too easy going, too laxidazical. No thanks.

he's a good coach, just not good enough for NYC...kind of like Nellie back in the day...new york is a different place...that's just how it is.

you can be a good coach, but not a headcoach material. A lot of coaches have spent all of their careers as assistant coach for a reason. It takes a special talent to manage a game, and Herb has yet to show that.
