i believe it. i may not know to much about hoop, but i do know $, and when the knicks came in with that huge finanical package and lets say 50% of what we read it terms of compensation going back to the bulls was true, then it was going to get done. the bulls probably ended up comitting to a deal they werent in love with, but money talks in this world

some guy on the bulls board appears to know the inside stuff says that we will be suprised at the actual deal that did take place and that in the bulls case, more deals will have to follow as they are now left with some gaping holes.

take that for what it's worth.

according to the bulls insider with the actual info:

Unfortunately I'm COMPLETELY handcuffed on this one, but all the details should be out in the next 20-30 minutes anyway. All I can say is the actual deal is NOT one which was reported in any of the many articles which went to press over the last few weeks. I was shocked at this one.

seriously, if we come away from this with Frye, Curry, Lee, Ariza, Nate, Craw, Q and Marbs, I don't care who they got - that's a solid core right there.

the bulls dude said that it was a knicks/bull trade, no third team and the bulls DID NOT rape us in the deal.

No nate Ariza or Frye--to me these guys as of now are untouchables. Lee and Sweetney are fine by me. Im a supporter of Sweetney, but the C position is a bigger need.
