So we all agree if Mo is in good shap, and plays hard, he can be a very good player!

This can be so simple somtimes.

Here is another good one: IF we score more than the other team, we win. Or, if we play good defense and don't allow the OTHER team (commonly known as the opponent, or opposing team)to have as many points as the the non opposing team (in this instince we are inferring about the New York (New Amsterdam) Knickerbockers )then they get to post a victory in the per say constest!

But I think they have to do it inside 48 minutes? yeah, im pretty sure!

The team with the most touchdowns wins! Yeah!
Oh man...who was it that was quoted a while ago, during a Pistons' game...it was something like "The Piston's are a great team! When they score over 100 points and keep their opponents to under 100 points, they almost always win."

I still believe that Frye will either start at PF or demote the starting PF after 10 games. He is too good not to be in the starting lineup. As for Mo, if Elden Campbell could find minutes playing for LB, Mo will too.

(still counting Frye as a C).
Knick management doesnt.. they said point blank he would be a 4 in the league. Maybe swing over to 5 like Jermaine Oneil does but primary he's a 4. Lee, Sweetney, Rose, Taylor, Frye. We have 5 PFs any of which may or may not be or become better than Mo T.
Sweetney is the only PF on the team who (a) has played at least one minute in the NBA and (b) might have the same potential Mo Taylor would have if Taylor comes into camp in top shape and plays hard. (There may be only a 1 or 2% chance of that.) Rose doesn't have close to the athleticism and polished post scoring ability Taylor has.

Also, Mo is a true PF. HE IS TALL AND BIG ENOUGH TO PLAY THE POSITION.

i hardly ever stand up for ROse but I will say this - he's the only PF who consistently comes in to the game to play a power game. He hits and leans and bothers people, much like we all praise the hell out of Oakley for. That's not dismissing all the holes in his game, it's just acknowledging that there's a role for a guy to come in and lay some real wood on anyone in the paint, no matter what their size. If Sweetney did that consistently he'd be an All-Star soon.

Sweetney's only problem is his penchant for getting his 3rd foul 5 minutes into the game. He needs to play smarter in the defensive end. I see a lot of reach in fouls that he should not be comtting.

Knick management doesnt..
We've heard them say Frye is strong enough to play C and say he's quick enough to play PF. Here's a piece of advice: Don't buy everything a GM, coach, or any team exec spins to the media about a player. Don't assume you know what management thinks just because Isiah said something to the media. Why don't you wait until Frye plays his first NBA minute before thinking you know what position the management is certain he'll be playing?

To Suhr with love man! Would this "punum" ever tell a fib?

He said Frye with no lie is a PF!
