Q for Curry would be a mistake.

i think it's a good calculated risk.
we'd again lose depth in the backcourt BUT that spot is easier to fill than a potentially 15/7 center with a post game.

it could blow up in our faces but this is the type of "gamble" and "unconvential" moves isiah should be making, not signing the vin bakers of the world.

I think this is alot more than just a calculated risk. I think you are underestimating the value of Q...17 points (about) 6 rebs (about) and a few assists. PLus he is a big body and VERY physical. Granted I think that we can use a big more than a wing but it is not as easy to find a wing that gives you what Q gives you as opposed to what someone like Jamal gives you.

I agree; that's why I'd need much more assurance from tests the doctors perform on Curry and from doctors opinions before trading our best SG/SF for him (not counting Marbury as an SG because he's really a PG).

Curry has an enlarged heart and an irregular heartbeat, which forced him to miss the season's final 13 games and the playoffs. Prominent heart specialists the Bulls consulted did not clear Curry to play
That's scary actually.

are you people blind? can you read?

Enlarged heart & irregular hearbeat?

Curry's value is junk status. The best I think we should do is trade someone like Mo T or Rose- someone who if they didn't play for us, it wouldn't be the end of the world.

Not Q. He's a 38% chucker, but chances are very good that he will start for us at the 2, play major minutes, be one of the leading scorers on the team, and grab more boards per game than TT & Curry combined.

Curry might not ever play again.

I'd much rather have JJ as the starting center with Q on the floor than have to have Craw start again, end up with Curry out for the season.

And even if Curry does make a come back, and stays healthy (and thats a BIG IF), is he that much better than Sweetney? I don't think so- not if Sweets can get his game together this year.

I am easily convinced. I'm with franco and joe now. I dont want to trade Q for Curry.
