"I wonder if LB can change Jamal and Channing into tougher players."

That's like saying - "I wonder if the Queer Eye guys can turn me into a fag..."

Ha!
DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

He could and they can. Its all possible. George Micheal didnt know he was gay till he was 28, so you still have time Bobs.

Point being "tougher". People do win these fancy Most Improved Player awards, so players do have the ability to improve in different areas.

I dont think they will, or need to. I wouldnt care less if they were both eventually traded.

rofl!! I didn't know about George Micheal but it isn't surprising at all. How does one not know they're gay? How does that work? That sounds ridiculous to me.

How....exactly.....do you make Crawford and Frye "tougher"?

When has that ever happened - a coach making a player tougher?

Never.

Weird that Isiah coming from the Bad Boys history, has traded for so many "soft players". I wonder if LB can change Jamal and Channing into tougher players. [Edited by - toodarkmark on 08-24-2005 3:32 PM]
He didn't really give up much to get those players, except Channing whom he used the #8 pick and who has no business being on that list since he's never played a minute in the NBA.

Putting a guy who hasn't played one minute in the NBA on this list (Frye) is just plain stupid. The author's 100% right about Mo Taylor and Jamal Crawford being soft, though. I'd put TT ahead of Mo, though. TT's has so much athleticism that he has no reason to be a poorer defender and poorer rebounder than Mo but he somehow is

you may have noticed kwame did not make the list. maybe this guy is just trying to top the dumbass rosen article. hey, maybe knick fans give better responses

I dont know. Spit in their face and call them vages. Let's see an example. Hmmm.

I would imagine Phil Jackson and Scottie Pippen. Scottie was a major soft vag, and Phil as well as playing the Pistons changed him. That can be argued, but lets say LB does get Jamal to play in control, within a system. I dont think he needs to clothesline people.

We should hire John Starks and C Oak to tutor the kids on how to hurt people. Or force them to watch ECW tapes and practice that on Paul Pierce and J Kidd.

Agreed. I would hope Channing doesnt go the way of Sean Bradley who become a Fugazi toughguy to fight off the soft labels. I think he'll battle more, just to wipe off the silly stigma.

McGovern has an ax to grind with MSG, the KNicks, but especially with Steve Mills. Read his stuff about Breen.

This hater is auditioning for an ESPN job.

Why the hell is Jamal Crawford on this list? You know what, I am not even gonna get started- it's not worth it.
Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!
