I believe that they also want the roster spot freed up as well, which would cause them to lean towards waiving Allan over Shandone's contract.
I can't help but think that after the KT/Q trade, Allan has been replaced.
Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year.
