Hyperbole abounds. Even if Vaz signs that 4 year deal, he could still come over eventually and become a solid player for the Magic.

Discussions of the worst pick ever simply cannot include players taken in the low lottery (Vazquez)/mid draft (Weiss) level, since there have been plenty of big fat zilches all the way at the top. Chris Washburn comes to mind.

Also, Bowie should not figure in unless we're talking in retrospect. Given what was known about Bowie and Jordan at the time of the draft, and given Portland's roster, it wasn't a bad pick. As for Darko, it's still too early. The jury is still out. Kid's only what, 20? You can't declare someone a bust at 20, let alone one of the worst busts of all time.

I really admired your game. You and Gerald Wilkens are the reason I became a Knick Fan. You guys paid a visit to my school and I was totally hooked. I've been a Knick Fan every since then.
NY KNICKS 4 EVER! Will we ever find players like Anthony Mason, Xavier McDaniels, Patrick Ewing again? I hope so.

DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.
