Briggs I do remember you liking nate, i saw nate play but I just didn't see how he would fit in NY with all the guards we had, but you hit that on the head, you also nailed Shawn Livingston, saying how good he would be, so far he hasn't done anything yet,but he shows flashes of being a fantastic player, I know I gave you grief on livingston, but you were all over that one.... good going...

Someone has to have a good (non-obscene) image to insert here to illustrate this love that Briggs gets from his dog!

I've watched Mr. Robinson here in Seattle, for two years. His basketball skills seem starting to catch up to physical skills and his heart. He started as freshman on the UW football team as a CB. He was all Pac-Ten in some capacity. He just started playing basketball (and only basketball) for three years.

This year he was up and down, in terms of production. He was the heart of the team, but by no means was it a one man show.

Specifically, it sounds like Nate has worked on his ball-handling and play-making skills pre-draft and over the summer. He wasn't asked to be a pure point because of Will Conroy being so solid and steady in that role. From the summer league, he might have found a better role as a playmaking point/with some scoring ability added in. The NBA regular players are so much better, I will temper my optimism.

If he finds his role and gets people involved, he will contribute. I don't think he'll take over games.. ever. But he will be a very good, very exciting, very important part of our team for years to come. Every team needs a heart.. Nate's is huge.

That is all we can ask for...

He provides the pressure, on ball, full court defense that LB loves -- See Mike James and Lindsey Hunter. He'll also give us some much needed intensity and toughness off the bench

thinking and looking forward to the same thing.

I'm personally looking forward to a Nate Craw Q (if he isn't traded) line-up
the stop underrating David Lee movement 1. FIRE MIKE 2. HIRE MULLIN 3. PAY AVERY 4. FREE NATE!!!
