I don't see why Minnesota would trade Garnett and ask for Marbury in return. Isn't the point of trading Garnett to rebuild? Nearly any combo of Knicks isn't gonna give them something better than what they already have.

The only reason that remotely makes sense for the rumored Atlanta trade is that Isaiah wants to get under the cap. All three Atlanta contracts are expiring after this next season.

Guys watch Sportsdesk tonight. They said something during the Mets game about how pissed Isiah is about a trade rumor involving the Knicks. Has to be the Marbury rumor.
