ahahahahaha. Briggs called dude a dweeb. hahahaha

i've watched many times where Briggs would post something and someone(sometimes--me) would reply with something along the lines of an ignorant post but Briggs never replied with a derogatory comment.

use to make me mad when he didn't!

but now i see y'all are getting on his last nerve. hahahahahaa

Nah, that's frustration u see with dude. He predicted that therer was zero chance for Bynum to make it past 6. Even said he may go as high as 3. Then he told us to watch and see and he was ready to say i told u so to everyone. Plus he wasn't expecting the news of people being concerned with his knee. He didn't know anything about that. then he made up an explanation that portland made up the rumor about his knee.....that was just pathetic lol. Then he made up the fact that phil jackson was the one who choose bynum which was wrong because it has since come out that it was Kupchic (sp?) who wanted Bynum. In fact jackson only has a 3 year contract and people feel that Bynum is about a 3 year project. Yes bynum was projected in the late teens to the twenties but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that a 'desperate for size' team would take a chance on him.....even if he becomes diop it was worth a chance. Isiah said himself that there were 3 centers in the draft: Bogut, Frye and Bynum and that he'd have taken a chance on Bynum if he had a second and higher pick around 10. Next thing you know, here comes Briggs with 5 or 6 threads arguing the different reasons his predictions didn't come into fruition.

So with Briggs, what you're mainly seeing is frustration. It bothers some people to be wrong more than others. That's where the dweeb thing comes from.

Stop trying to prove your point thread after thread after thread.
I actually agree with that. Maybe Briggs is right and Bynum will be a stud in this league. Do we really need five threads a day on it, though? We (including I) will give you credit, Briggs, for your prediction. We won't forget your prediction even if you stop posting five threads a day on Bynum

OK Dweeb, I give this site a good amount of orginal content, maybe I will leave it up to you to enlighten everyone, I dont have to post here, no big deal

Briggs, don't go. Most of us appreciate what you bring to this board and your opinions are highly respected except by one particular poster who thinks he's holier-than-thou. Everyone else knows you give solid info and even your hunches make interesting discussion and tend to be right on. :)

As for Bonn, Ima gonna bet that he'd prefer to be called Mr. Dweeb. :P
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

I, for one, would be sad to see Briggs leave.

I'd be sad to see any good Knick fan leave, including Briggs and Fish even though we disagree a lot.

Briggs, was right on about the Bynum kid. Isiah said he wanted to draft both Bynum and Frye but the Lakers wouldn't trade that pick. He was right about how bad the Lakers wanted him. I believe him when he says that the Blazers put out that rumor. That's why they made that trade with Utah, but I believe Kupcake said hey we will either take Bynum or Green so we don't need you.

The Raptors wanted to include Jalen Rose as part of any deal for that 7th pick. To bad, Frye and Bynum back to back would have been what the Knicks very much needed. My guess is that Isiah actually sees Frye as a PF/C. I would like to see Frye play as a hybrid. He needs to add serious mass.
