I wouldn't want to face either team..... we blew out the Heat and beat Spurs twice, the Rocks blew us out but have yet to beat the Spurs or Heat
.....Spurs are more proven

lmao. Great response Uptown. Still laughing over that one.

I wouldn't only wanna be only 2.5 games away from the 9th seed either...

I wouldn't want to Face Brooklyn or better yet Boston....Honey Nut Cheerios is stronger than the First Round.... remember it's all about the 2 seed right?

Yup, and Milwaukee's only 1.0 back of the 7 seed with a victory tonight. Currently in overtime against Utah.

Funny how you completely left out Milwaukee when talking about a (potential) 2 vs. 7 series. Why? Because it doesn't fit your little agenda with N.Y being 2-0 against Milwaukee. That's why.

Also, nice job of trying to compare the likes of Boston without Rondo and/or a struggling Nets team to the likes of San Antonio. You really made sense there didn't ya.

Comparing Boston/Brooklyn to San Antonio would be like trying to compare Houston/Utah to Miami. It's laughable.

Also, why did you have to mention the Knicks within a thread designed for everything BUT Knicks related talk?

What's wrong, couldn't deal with the fact that someone actually stated "I wouldn't wanna face Houston during the playoffs" followed by an even smarter poster replying with "I wouldn't want to face San Antonio".

So, in response, the Knicks get thrown into the topic of discussion (in a negative light) due to being corrected? Nice to know.

Well no because even if the Bucks win tonight they are behind Boston meanwhile you specifically said concerning this team it's all about the 2seed. I don't see Milwaukee surpassing Boston period. Matter of fact I think Boston will move up some more but they've held the 7th seed for a while as have we been a 2seed for a greater portion of the season.

Actually if I'm any of the top seeds(SA-Mem) I don't want to see Houston or Denver because they are dangerous, ultimately though experience and overall talent usually wins out.

Yes! Milwaukee just knocked off Utah in overtime. Make that 4 consecutive for Milwaukee.

Only 1.0 back of Boston for the 7th seed.

If the Knicks can finish as the two seed (which I believe we will), I then in return want Milwaukee there as the seventh seed while Miami faces off against the likes of Chicago/Brooklyn/Boston during the first round.

MIA (1) vs. Boston (8).
NYK (2) vs. Milwaukee (7).

I love the looks of that.

And Milwaukee is going to give their all in order to escape Miami during the first round.

They are really good and have played some of the best ball since Mid December...I think Miami and the Spurs have only been better.

Just saw the foul on Ray Allen that got JJ Barea assessed a flagrant 2 and kicked out of the game- what a joke, but then I saw the ref was... the infamous Ed Malloy (the ref in game 1 vs the Heat in last years playoffs) and suddenly it all made sense.

He is hands down the worst ref in the league- twice this season alone the nba has basically said he made the wrong call at the end of the game- I expect when this flagrant 2 is downgraded, this will be the 3rd time.

Naw...If you look at it again, Wade just ran inbetween to keep them seperated. He didnt run up on Barea.

Regardless, I agree it was a foul but not a flagrant.

Yup. It was a body check. Did not think it warranted a flagrant foul.

Wow Aaron Brooks signed with the rockets for only $2.4mil AND a team option for next season- a bargain! Don't know what it means for Lin's minutes though, their coach seems to enjoy taking him out of the game as much as possible.

That's why I think if Knicks get knocked off the 1st round then blow it up and contact the Cavs. They have a lot of picks this year and some nice role players to send us. Melo and Irving would destroy the NBA.

I don't think we'll be able to get Kyrie without giving up Melo..

The other way around. Give them Melo and we get 2 1st round picks and 2 2nd round picks plus their young role players. Their 1st pick will be a top 3-5. Just re-built the knicks.
