OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) The Thunder say Lil Wayne is welcome to attend a playoff game in Oklahoma City, but needs to buy a ticket just like everyone else.

The rapper created a stir Thursday night by posting on Twitter that he was ''going to go to the Thunder game tonight but was denied by the team to be in their arena.''

Thunder spokesman Dan Mahoney says Lil Wayne's representatives did contact the team requesting tickets but insisted that he sit on the front row, and none of those seats was available. Oklahoma City sold out every home game during the regular season and playoffs this season.

Mahoney says: ''We'd love to have him at a game, but like anyone else, he needs a ticket.''

Lil Wayne finished his tweet with ''Go Spurs!''

Mahoney should then say: "Go FUself, Lil Wayne"

Guess everyone stopped watching the playoffs. Its going to be interesting to see if OKC can repeat their success in San Antonio. Durant is taking it to another level, showing why he should be the first option. I hope the Celtics can at least wear down the Heat enough for them to get carved up by whoever wins the western conference finals.

It's hard to wax poetic about the Spurs when they are getting punched in the mouth in OKC.

My two least favorite eastern conference teams are in the conference finals. However, I think I hate the Heat even more than I hate the Celts and I am enjoying the games in Boston.

I laughed my arse off after reading that. Very funny. I had a feeling it would be close overall but I didn't think that either team would be doing such a good job holding their home court.

I'm no fan of either team but watching Rondo slice up the Heat's defenses is a thing of beauty. Magic was saying at the break how he is a combination of many legendary PGs. Coming from Magic that's quite a compliment. Can't wait to see the next OKC/Spurs game. Hope its closer this time.

Its going to ot. I hope the Celts pull this out. That call on Garnett was bs. Calls like that in the final seconds of the game shouldn't be made.

This is a good one! Refs actually doing a good job and staying out of the way for the most part.

This time I have to side with the refs he held onto Lebron and wouldn't let him go for the stop.

Wow. Pierce fouls out. It will be interesting to see if James fouls out with 5.

Those refs might be calling their next game in the south pole if they did.
