Being investigated is not the same thing as being guilty. The Clintons have been investigated and cleared for like 30 years. It would be reasonable to expect that to continue for many more years.

There should be a higher level of respect for both presidential candidates (and for the American presumption of innocence). I don't mind the deletion. IMO the mods could consider a rule that you can't just declare as if it's a statement of fact in this thread that either candidate has committed a specific crime. (If you want to say they *allegedly* did something illegal, that's another story.)

They've said that nearly all were duplicates. I'm sure they have computer programs identify this. I can't imagine he's trying to help Hillary - something like 20 million people voted during the time between the announcement 2 Friday's ago and clearing her yesterday.

Hillary didn't delete e-mails. Her attorneys removed personal e-mails that were not part of the subpoena. The Republican FBI director has said twice now that this was not criminal. And the Bush administration "lost" almost a thousand times more e-mails on its private server. But Republicans didn't care then.

This is how the Republican FBI director explained Hillary's e-mails.

In late 2014, the State Department asked Clinton and other former secretaries of state to hand over any work-related emails they may have.

By then, Clinton had already "deleted some [emails] over time as an ordinary user would," FBI Director James Comey told lawmakers at a July congressional hearing.

And she tasked her legal team to determine which of the roughly 60,000 emails still on her server were work-related.

"Clinton told the FBI that she directed her legal team to provide any work-related or arguably work-related emails to State; however she did not participate in the development of the specific process to be used or in discussions of the locations of where her emails might exist," the FBI concluded in its investigative summary of the case.

Holfresh and Bonn - Sure, I can accept there were some duplicates but we are talking 650,000 email. How many were duplicates? What is reasonable? It took the FBI how 18 or so months to go through 30,000 or so.) They didn't even have time to go through but few thousand. Perhaps they come out with an actual amount that is believable, but I see no indication was given. "Most" can mean 51%, that still leaves 1/3 of a million emails to go through.

I'm not saying Comey is helping her, I'm not sure who likes Comey at this point or any point in time since he first cleared Hillary. Something is just fishy in all this.

Bonn - Hillary deleted emails AFTER the State Department asked for them. And then she asked the FBI to release the emails when she went under "inquiry". What is wrong with this picture? It doesn't add up.

My basic position is that a Hillary presidency will mean war with Russia (amongst other nations). A few here have questioned that, but let's look at something very very basic:

Earthman, Comey has been inappropriate for "the letter" but if its duplicate stuff, then at least he is fair to say there is nothing new.

Wikileaks is very unreliable. How can it be checked for accuracy?
Trump will go down not because of the media, or some made up conspiracy, but because he is Donald J. Trump.

I know this defies logic for you, but this was Hillary's election to lose.
One day I hope we get a good independent outsider who has the intellect and business acumen with a record he/she can stand up to the vetting process and evolve washington.

Fact is, American's don't want to do the hard job of immigrants or move to places in the country that has work available. There are also of underemployed americans that need to be educated. Manufacturing jobs are not easy jobs. Its America, land of opportunity. Not land of white entitlement and feel sorry for yourselves cuz the CRT TV plant left, or some 14 year old kid can do your job for 10% of what you got paid to do it.
Thats some sad reality and I know lots of people are hurting. But lots of people are also thinking Trump going to fix it. more likely the local republican who is more about keeping transponders out of the bathroom is more interested in keeping his job than getting economic development, or increasing taxes on the middle class, or redistricting or giving teachers pay raised to promote their reelection but cutting school funding making them over worked with less resources!

The war on Christmas or abortion does not spur on economic development or keep heroin off the streets. Real issues. W, Obama and the next president does not set your local agendas.......You do.

Unemployement has been dropping for years now, this is about wage growth and that is stagnant.

And America, stop buying pickup trucks for goodness sake. Those commercials with macho voice guys showing how hard them thar works picking up rocks, tools, and not stuck in mud!!! Buying a hard working truck does not mean you work hard!!! Buying an SUV does not mean your going to get out there and hike either. Fat ass America can do all this with your current vehicle!!!!

Get off your arse America!!!!!! Vote, then go to work. Manufactering jobs are hard, and I doubt your up to the task anyway!
