Who knew that taking a chance on Kemba last year was pissing away a lottery pick. What a bust.

Look at the value of tanking. Top 4 or 5 picks wanted 3 1sts and young players for them. Our 11th pick got us probably a middling future first rounder. How can anyone look at the drop off in value and think not tanking is ever the way when you are not even close to getting to playoffs?

Remember that time we traded the 21 pick for the Charlotte pick and then traded the Charlotte pick for Reddish only to not play Reddish. That was fun.

Reminds me of that time we passed on Jalen Duren with the 11 pick for unknown with the idea we were getting the 13 pick and then Detroit swooped in and took the 13 pick instead and then felt sorry so they took Kemba off our hands.

I couldn’t be more unsatisfied.

I love how our moves seem focused on fixing out own mistakes: Kemba? Randle (Knicks wish)

THis franchise sucks no matter who is in charge. Other teams thinking about the players they are adding, we just want to send away our own signings.

Knicks are also getting a couple firsts from OKC

$15 mil under the cap now. They get rid of Burks that’s $25 mil under we could actually get Brunson

So the Pistons gave up a 2025 pick and took Kembas contract to get Jalem Duren. But why did Charlotte do that just for a future pick?

If the knicks didnt give up anything to dump Kemba, thats not bad
