I watched the PK shootout at a bar haven't seen the full recording yet. That last miss by Chile - heart breaking.

Netherlands was in counter-attacking mode in the first half. Thats how they played Chile and won. In the second half after they scored, its seemed like Mexico fell back, went into prevent mode. I'm happy though, I was rooting for the Dutch and I am glad they won.
