J R Smith when it comes to knocking down jumpers it's 90 mental and 10% physical

He usualy tends to go how Melo goes...and it's similar with Chandler, except it has less to do with bad shooting and more with the attitude (technicals, etc.) or really good intensity and focus.

very good point. its easy to shoot for a good percentage when the defense doesnt pressure you

I would say it's a 100% he takes a lot of bad shots but lately he has been missing some good open looks.

Well he doesn't seem to have that funk he had last year - where he just looked completely out of sorts. And he is at least trying on deense. He will never be a good defender, even average is an accomplishment for him.
