I'm happy for Arthur that he got picked in the 1st round. I really hope that the whole medical issue was just a matter of teams being overly cautious and it amounts to a whole lotta nothing.

Portland gets a lottery talent at bargain basement prices. That team is going to be sick.
Katz is saying it's Chalmers with the kidney issue

So any reason given for Arthur dropping?

He had to have blood test according to what he told Stewart S. He said test came back fine but no one updated other teams about it.
Why wouldn't his agent get it out there... What was the test? Hep C? HIV? CBC? Chem 7? Strange!

WHo said Lee was upset about it? He hasnt talked to anyone tonight and he didnt refuse a trade

Gus Johnson said it on MSG.

I didn't hear it, all I know is Lee managed to turn himself from fan favorite to goat in a record amount of time. Not only that he managed to alienate himself from the regime AND really decrease his trade value in one stroke.

I disagree, but Lee will definitely be on a selfish personal mission this season along with Mebury, Nate 45, Curry, and heck Rand Off is still here. This draft is equally bad as last yr.

Dude, Mike Breen and Gus were on discussing the pick and moves. They asked Gus about future moves since Walsh said this is only the first step tonight (he said trading season didn't start yet), Al asked who do you think will be move and that's when Gus went into his tibid. It said it comes from various people in the organization. No way do I believe Gus just would throw Lee's name out there without having knowledge to back it up.

Lee didn't do anything to piss off the new regime. Both Walsh and Mike D came here with a low opinion of his skill sets.

Celtics are going to get CDR to backup and learn from Ray Allen.

Formidable.

not as much "selling" of picks as I would have expected towards the end of the draft.

Remember Briggs said the draft was 13 deep and there would be nothing left on the board after 13?

Not too many euros in the first round. Wonder if the falling dollar has anything to do with it and the forced rook payscale that gets beat abroad?

That's fine but why announce this information on your flag station. You are hurting yourself.

Anthony Randolph can't miss @ 6 and picked 14 almost a 10 spot drop LOL!
