We are up despite the 3 sophs (Lee, Frye, Nate) havent done much, and Franchise looks out of synch... good sign.

Alright, the lead at the half....Basically everyone except Francis doing there jobs... Gotta be pretty happy so far, no? Everyone on this board knows we can play sooooooo much better than what we've shown so far, that the good thing.

Crawford playing horrible

Here is very serious point i want you guys to watch closely.

Channing Frye moves way too slow on defense, its just effort too. On the specific play on a pick and roll when he runs out to show on the gaurd... The speed at which he returns to his man who is cutting to the basket, on about 4 occasions tonight has been TURTLE LIKE at best. He just does not move fast enough when recovering... Its all effort too, its not like he cant run faster than that...

Very dissapointed in Frye and Jamal.

Curry boarded like a monster.. That last call was BS

The offense looked bad early and settled down alot. The last couple minutes were what I liked seeing. Attacking the rim. I thought we shot way to many long jumpers and 3's in the first quarter and a half or so.

Totally agree with everything.. esp. Frye popping out on the guards...I hate that play.... Just stay at home on you're guy Channing....They've got to totally abandon that.

BTW, is that Opie & Anthony commercial with the big blonde and the dress a pissa or what?

I can't say that I like the refs making all these minor calls for the new rules. They also seem to have no clue when it comes to Curry. They called him for a foul on one defensive play and I didn't see anything, except for him being big and the guy having problems getting past him. Then on offense they call a foul on Curry when the Miller gut up under him and didn't even allow him to turnaround.

Anyway, I think we should just keep the pressure on them with our guards attacking and with Curry inside. We need to speed the game up like we did when Isiah made those subs and got our bench in there. We're MUCH better playing fast. Also the D got better as the game as gone on.

man, i ahte these refs...curry should have 1 foul on him...the 2nd foul was a shadow call and the 3rd one was a clear flop....

other than that..man..i wish he can duplicate this all year

yeah, looking at Curry and also a guy like Chris Bosh tonight having only 6pts and 4 fouls in 10 minutes... sometimes I wonder if the new rules favor guards a little TOO much. it'll be interesting to watch this season. I think we do have a team to take advantage of the new rules though.

This is what I am learning so far from this team

Francis: biggest ballhog I've ever seen.
Marbury: Jekyll & Hyde
Q: looking good
Frye: He scaring the s*** out of me
Curry: looking very good get him the ball some more.
Crawford: Looking like the old Crawford and not the last year Crawford.
Lee: I love David Lee even though he is not having an impact.
Nate: he is a spark plug.

I think Frye is going through sophmore jinx. He had an okay' pre-season and didn't seem to get any better. Crawford is a 4th quarter guy and he'll start putting points on the board, as soon as we start.
I'll never trust this' team again.
